SHIPPING, RETURN, AND REFUND POLICIES
We want every order to be handled with clarity, care, and respect.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States. Available shipping methods and costs are displayed before checkout is completed. Orders are normally prepared within 2 to 4 business days. Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, transit times are estimates and may vary due to weather, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.
ADDRESS AND DELIVERY
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will try to correct it. If the package has already been dispatched, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs caused by an incorrect address.
DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ORDERS
If you receive a damaged book or an item different from the one ordered, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery and include the order number and clear photographs of the package and product. After reviewing the case, we may offer a replacement or refund. If a package has not arrived, contact us after the estimated delivery period has passed so that we can investigate the shipment with the carrier.
RETURNS
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. The book must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition. Before sending it back, request return instructions through the contact method provided on this website. Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or may not be processed.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
When a return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping charge is nonrefundable. If the order arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent, REGIS SPLENDOR will cover the reasonable costs of the approved resolution.
REFUNDS
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing by the bank or card issuer may take an additional 5 to 10 business days. Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned outside the stated period will not be refunded unless applicable law requires otherwise.
CANCELLATIONS
You may request a cancellation before the order has shipped. Once dispatched, the order will be subject to the return policy above.
INTERNATIONAL SALES
International sales and shipping are not yet available. Before offering them, we will establish regional shipping rates, tracking, customs documentation, and the treatment of taxes, duties, and import charges. When international sales become available, the applicable terms will be clearly displayed before payment.
